Turkish club makes offer for Spurs regular

 

An official offer for one of Tottenham's regular starters has been made, according to reports. 

The reports by Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabuncuolglu state that one of Turkey's big clubs has made an official offer for Brazilian striker, Richarlison. 

Throughout his Tottenham career, Richarlison has struggled for both fitness and form, scoring just 32 times in 133 appearances in all competitions. Whilst this seems a poor set of stats for a striker signed for near £55 million in 2022, Richarlison played a pivotal part in keeping Tottenham from being relegated last season, netting 11 goals and assisting 4. 

In the last 2 seasons, Richarlison has been linked to moves away from North London, most notably with a return to Brazil as well as transfers to Saudi Arabia, which according to the BBC Richarlison rejected in 2024. 

Despite there being no confirmation as to which club has made an offer for the Spurs number 9, the multiple reports linking Spurs to Eli Junior Kroupi, Rafael Leao, and Savinho, it's looking more and more likely that last seasons campaign was his last in lilywhite.
